All content in the Shore Check app and the Train Check app, including but not limited to the app name, logo, icons, user interface design, layout, colour schemes, typography, copy, and all in‑app graphics and images, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved. No part of the app’s design, branding, screenshots, marketing images, or other visual assets may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission from the owner.

App name, logo and branding

The Inclusive Applications, Inclusive Designs, Inclusive Fonts, Inclusive Furniture, Train Check and Shore Check name, logo, and associated branding elements are original creations and may not be used in connection with any other product or service in a way that is likely to cause confusion.

In‑app images and graphics.

All images, icons, and graphics are also protected.
